3. Subscription Terms

Our website services are provided on a subscription basis:

• Minimum term: 12 months from the date your website goes live
• Payment: Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance
• Price changes: We may adjust prices with 30 days' notice
• Renewal: After the minimum term, your subscription continues on a rolling monthly basis

4. Cancellation

During minimum term: If you cancel during your 12-month minimum term, you will be required to pay the remaining balance of your minimum term commitment.

After minimum term: You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Your website will remain live until the end of your paid period.

Website ownership: Websites created by TradeClicks Ltd remain our property. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline. We can provide an export of your content upon request.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your website
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or logos you provide
• Not use the website for any illegal or harmful purposes
• Pay all fees when due
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of any content, images, and logos you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a licence to use it on your website.

Our work: All website designs, code, and templates created by TradeClicks Ltd remain our intellectual property. You are granted a licence to use the website for the duration of your subscription.

7. Website Changes

Minor text changes and updates are included in your subscription at our discretion.

Significant changes, redesigns, or additions beyond your original package may incur additional charges. We will always confirm costs before proceeding with any chargeable work.

8. Service Level

We aim to keep your website online 99.9% of the time. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide notice where possible)
• Third-party service failures
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or profits

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the services.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
